The JGR-U1320 is a 3-axis desktop robot for small-scale automated processes,
optimized for dispensing and jetting operations that require precise position control and stable repetitive motion.

Based on a 200 × 200mm work area, it can be flexibly applied to various precision working environments such as PCB,
electronic components, and small-scale jig processes.

● Precise and stable driving structure

The X and Y axes utilize a belt drive system for fast and smooth movement,
while the Z axis adopts a ball screw method to ensure high precision in the vertical direction.

By using a 5-phase stepping motor,
it provides excellent repetitive positioning accuracy and maintains stable quality even in fine application and repetitive processes.

● Excellent performance and repeatability

The maximum travel speed is 500mm/s, and the repeatability is ±0.005mm,
making it suitable for high-precision work.

With a structure that balances high-speed movement and precision control,
it satisfies both productivity and quality simultaneously.

● I/O configuration for various processes

External input and output provide 16 input points and 16 output points as standard,
enabling integration with various peripheral devices such as dispensers, jetting valves, and sensors.

The dedicated dispensing output is designed to be automatically cut off during an emergency stop (EMG),
enhancing operator safety and process reliability.

● User-friendly control system

Through an intuitive Android-based teaching system, program creation and editing are simple, and task programs can be configured up to 499 steps.

It supports various work patterns such as point movement, straight lines, rectangles,
curves, and arcs, and also provides a Call Program function to efficiently manage repetitive tasks.
